How do I submit files?

My preferred method of submission is through our free FTP service.  This will insure a quick turn around time.

How do I receive completed files?

For image processing, you’ll be able to download either XMP files, Lightroom catalogue or Hi-Res JPG’s.  Once you approve the wedding album design, they are available as layered PSD files, Hi-Res JPG or any other format you choose.

What if I’m not happy with the results?

Please contact me immediately.  I’ll make it my priority to correct any issues you have.

What type of monitor do you use?

I use a ColorEdge Eizo.  These monitors are top of the line and a must have for consistent color correction.  Also, I calibrate my monitors 1-2 times per month.

What is the turn-around time?

Most services are completed in 3-5 business days.  During peak wedding season this may take 4-6 business days.

How can I see and approve my album design?

Your wedding album design will be posted on www.Albumexposure.com for your review.  Any revisions and comments can be done directly under each page spread.  Either yourself or your client may make revision requests.  All revisions will be re-posted until your final approval.

How are your rates so much lower than the competition?

It’s quite simple.  Low overhead.  First, my design studio is located at my residence.   All designs are done by yours truly – Chris Parker.  Never outsourced to another company or even another employee.  Also, my main source of income is still from owning and operating a boutique wedding photography studio (www.parkerphotographic.com).  I’m looking to supplement my wedding photo studio so I can spend more time with my family (summer weekends are key).

Therefore, I’m only looking for a small group of photographers I can devote my time to and develop a long term business connection.

Yes!  I reside in Leamington, Ontario Canada.  My wedding photography business is located in Michigan and I work with photographers from around the world.
